The topic reputation management of a company was discussed today in one of the panels of Webit 2010 – the biggest event for digital business in CEE, which is being held in Sofia between 27 and 29 October 2010. “Everything happens very quickly in social networks. If a product has a significant disadvantage, it gets noticed and popularized by the consumers. According to the participants in the panel firms can have a successful dialogue in the social networks if they make that one of their priorities. „In this environment there is no beginning and no end. Stopping communication there is like turning your back on your clients”, said Plamen Russev, Honorary Ambassador and member of the Wibit Ambassadors Honorary Board and chairman of the board of e-Academy.
